Upcoming Event: Symposium on Nadon Reference

The Public Law Group at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law cordially invites you to a symposium on the Nadon reference, entitled “Appointing Supreme Court Judges in the 21st Century – Reflections on the Nadon Reference” on May 28, 2014, from 10:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Gowlings Moot Court, Fauteux Hall, room 147.

The symposium will comprise two panel discussions and a round-table panel to close the event. Panel topics include:

Panel I: Reference re Supreme Court Act, ss. 5 and 6: Critical Perspectives on Statutory and Constitutional Interpretation
