Brandon D. Stewart is a part-time professor and J.S.D. candidate at Yale Law School, where he is the recipient of a McMillan International Dissertation Research Fellowship and a SHHRC Doctoral Fellowship. **He previously earned an LL.M. from Yale Law School as a Fulbright Fellow in 2018. Prior to joining Yale, Brandon practiced as a commercial litigator in Toronto and worked as a research fellow for a community legal clinic.
Brandon’s doctoral research examines the intersection of corporate and environmental law, with an emphasis on sustainable investing and climate change. He is also interested in access to justice issues.
