Professors Daimsis and Pavlović featured in new Commercial Arbitration Guide

Faculty of Law, Common Law Professors Anthony Daimsis and Marina Pavlović have contributed a chapter to a new book entitled A Practitioner’s Guide to Commercial Arbitration. The book is published in English through Irwin Law, and is edited by Marvin J. Huberman.


The guide, which features 17 chapters written by leading practitioners, will serve as a valuable compendium for commercial arbitration practitioners. The book is intended for new and experienced practitioners of commercial arbitration, corporate counsel, judges, government and industry professionals, as well as educators, students, and members of the public.


Professors Daimsis and Pavlović co-wrote the opening chapter of the book: An Introduction to Commercial Arbitration. The book was published in September 2017, and is available for purchase (paperback and Ebook) through Irwin Law’s website.
