The Honourable Emile Rosario Millette, LLB 1961, has passed away at the age of 83. After attending Gravelbourg College in Saskatchewan at the young age of 11, Justice Millette graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law school in 1961, and was called to the bar in April 1963.
Katie Black, LLB 2009, was among the forty Ottawans recognized for their business achievements in the 2019 Forty under 40 awards. The Honourable Llana Nakonechny, LLB. 1985, was appointed judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario in Toronto. She replaced Justice F.P. Kiteley, who elected to become a supernumerary judge effective September 1, 2018.
