In August 2018, Irwin Law published Professor VanDuzer’s book, The Law of Partnerships and Corporations, 4th edition. First published in 1997, Professor VanDuzer’s book has been widely used in law school courses across the country.

Professor Teresa Scassa has been awarded the University of Ottawa Library’s 2018 Open Scholarship Award, which recognizes faculty members who demonstrate excellence in supporting and practicing open scholarship. Professor Scassa is one of two winners this year; Professor Kelly Cobey of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute is the other winner.
