On Tuesday, June 3, 2014, thePANEL will welcome three dynamic panelists to the nation’s capital for a frank, fast-paced look at Canada’s take on economic diplomacy. The event begins at 7:00 p.m. with a networking reception at Library and Archives Canada (395 Wellington Street, Ottawa). The debate will begin at 8:00 p.m. sharp in the auditorium.
Featuring the Honourable Perrin Beatty, President and CEO, Canadian Chamber of Commerce; Chrystia Freeland, MP, former Editor, Financial Times; and William Robson, President and CEO, C.D. Howe Institute, thePANEL’s Spring 2014 event will explore the impacts of Canada’s focus on economic diplomacy, and what this new focus means for Canada’s foreign relations.
Tickets are available via thePANEL’s website ($15 for general admission and $12 for students). Past events have sold out quickly, so advance purchase is strongly encouraged.
