Welcome Note From Our Editors-in-Chief

Welcome to our website, and thank you for your interest in the Ottawa Law Review.

The 2015/2016 Senior Board has made tremendous progress in improving the quality of the Ottawa Law Review – bringing the journal to a new digital level.

This year’s Senior Board will continue to work hard on improving the Ottawa Law Review’s quality of service. Being a fully open access law journal, our publications are readily available online without any fees. That being said, we still kept the option of providing printed versions to our clients.

Over the summer of 2016, we worked hard on finalizing and publishing issues 47:1, 47:2 and 47:3. We are happy to announce that issue 47:1 has been published and can be found on our website. We made substantial progress on issues 47:2 and 47:3 and they will be published and available online soon!

This year, we will restructure our editing cycle to increase the speed with which the Ottawa Law Review produces publications without compromising the quality of our work. Under the new structure, the publication will be done on a rolling basis – if an article is ready to be published, we are publishing it without any delays.

Our four guiding principles for the 2016/2017 academic year are: quality, efficiency, innovation, and access.

On behalf of our Editorial Board, we appreciate your interest in the Ottawa Law Review and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours very truly,

Adel Mansurov, Editor-in-Chief, Administration
Amanda Le, Editor-in-Chief, English Articles
Fabienne Chang-Duffet, Editor-in-Chief, French Articles
