Bilingual Introduction to Mindfulness

This brief workshop will introduce participants to the origins and key ideas behind mindfulness, along with guided exercises to provide an experiential taste of mindfulness practice. This is a great opportunity to learn more about this essential service for law students!

We invite you to attend this interactive workshop with Registered Dietitian Margaret Hughes to learn strategies on eating a balanced diet while on a student budget.
